What is VisuelCamp?
Welcome! I'm Cameron, a freelance graphic designer and software developer. VisuelCamp.com houses my digital portfolio where I advertise graphic art and desktop software development services. In essence, this site functions as the headquarters of my online presence. First-rate products and affordable pricing are the driving forces of my work. Clients can expect quality that conveys real value across a variety of products including portraits, logos, banner ads, signage, album artwork, social media layout packages, flyers, applications, and more. Frequently updated work samples can be found under the GALLERY section from the main menu. If you have general questions that are not answered on this page about a job you'd like to have done, email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
I need something created. What do I do?
Visit the ORDER page from the main menu. In the form provided, tell me your name, preferred contact method, email address, phone number (optional), your requested deadline, and company name (optional). Next, explain your order in the description section. For graphic designs or portraits, include your preferred color schemes, any and all text, titles, and labels, file format preferences, and other specifications as you see fit. You also have the option to upload one or more reference photos to accompany your description. Lastly, provide your project budget and submit your order.
What options do I have when ordering?
When you visit the ORDER page, the submission form includes a dropdown menu of all options. I currently offer design services for the following items:
Other (If your item does not belong to one of these categories, describe it in your order. In most cases, it can still be done)
How much do you charge?
Prices vary by project based on time required and the complexity of the design. It is required to include your budget on the order form so that I may explain what options you have depending on your price range. Each revision cycle after the first two will cost an additional 1% of the total. A revision cycle is defined as any requested alteration that requires redrawing or significant redesigning. This does not include color changes, font changes, resizing, or repositioning, all of which are free.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are made by invoices sent through email via Square. You do not need to have a Square account in order to make a payment. Once the final payment is received, your finished product file(s) will be emailed to you without a watermark.
What is the client responsible for, regarding the order?
The project will be wholly discussed with you from the start. You are welcome to provide any samples, color swatches, and ideas you may have. Via email, you will review and approve or reject drafts during the completion of the order.
How will I receive my design after it is done?
A completed design is yours upon receipt of payment. Electronic files will be sent to you through email, in any file format requested.
If I want something you do not advertise, can you still do it?
I will fulfill your request to the best of my ability. Alternatively, I have several affiliates and would be happy to direct you to them if somehow you do not get what you need here.
If I want my art printed, how can that be done?
I do not currently print any products; however, I can refer you to the quickest and most affordable professional online printing resources based on the kind of product we create.
